Resident Visa Requirements & Application form

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENCY VISA:

1. One application form completed and signed by the applicant.

Please complete the application form in BLOCK CAPITALS, using black ink only.

2. Two passport-sized photographs (white background).

3. Original passport must have two blank pages facing each other and must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.

4. Letter of invitation from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs which can be obtained by the host relative in Saudi.

5. Copy of the host’s Saudi residency permits (IQAMAH).

6. Copy of the applicant’s Marriage Certificate, attested by The Department of Foreign Affairs, Dublin, Ireland.

7. Copies of the Birth Certificates of any accompanying children are also required, attested by The Department of Foreign Affairs.

8. Medical report form, as provided online, should be typed written, must be stamped and signed by the physician and attested by the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland.

9. Police (Garda) Clearance Certificate – which can be obtained by any local Police (Garda) Station in Ireland and must also be attested and Stamped by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs Office in Ireland.

10. Fee of 18 Euro will apply. Payments should be made only by a Postal Order to CONTINENTAL VISA SERVICES, In addition to this visa fee; an agent’s fee will be 110 euro + %23 VAT, cash or Postal Order+ %23 VAT, cash or Postal Order. Visa fee is not refundable.

11. The Royal Saudi Arabia Embassy may request further information and/or documentation that it considers relevant and necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Visa validity starts from the date of issue.

2. Period of stay begins upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.

3. The process takes 2-3 days.
