family Visa Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY VISIT VISA:

1. One application form completed and signed by the applicant. Please complete

the application form in BLOCK CAPITALS, using black ink only (Please make sure your contact details on the application form).

2. Two passport-sized photographs (white background).

3. Original passport must have two blank pages facing each other and must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.

4. Copy of passport’s page details.

(If the applicant is not Irish citizen or UE, needs copy of his carte residency)

5. Letter of invitation from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs which can be obtained by the host relative in Saudi.

6. Copy of the host’s Saudi residency permits (IQAMAH) – The IQAMAH, (SAUDI RESIDENCY PERMIT) must be valid for 6 months from the applicant’s date of departure.

7. Copy of the applicant’s Marriage or Birth Certificate, attested by The Department of

Foreign Affairs, Dublin, Ireland (if not a Saudi Certificates). Copies of the Birth Certificates (also attested) of any accompanying children are also required.

9. Visa fee of €500 EUROS for single-entry and €800 EUROS for multiple-entry will apply and is payable to the visa agent, payments should be made only by a Postal Order or cash to CONTINENTAL VISA SERVICES.

In addition to this visa fee, an agent’s fee will be €90 EUROS for single-entry and €110 EUROS for multiple-entry + %23 VAT. Visa fee is not refundable.

10. The Royal Saudi Arabia Embassy may request further information and/or documentation that it considers relevant and necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Visa validity starts from the date of issue.

2. Period of stay begins upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.

3. The process takes 1-2 days.
