REQUIREMENTS For Extention of Exit Re-entry visa

1) Two passport-Size phptographs.
2) A letter from the Saudi Sponsor addressed to the Consulate requesting the extension.
3) If your are full time student, a certificate from the School/University in the UK.
4) For any other reasons, please submit relevant documents.
5) Applicants applying by post should enclose a PREPAID SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE, REGISTERED / RECORDED for the return of processed passports, please ensure that you have enclosed the correct postage in accordance to the actual weight of your parcel (please allow One Week for the return of processed passports).
6) Please register your application online, visit https://enjazit.com.sa/ (print confirmation, as a payment ref. will be issued), or apply through a visa services agents (listed on www.saudiembassy.org.uk , consular section)

IMPORTANT NOTE

Your application will be considered for renewal :

1) If the Consulate is satisfied that the reasons given for your delay are genuine.

2) If the required period of extension is within one month.

3) If your residency (Iqama) is still valid.

4) For any other enquiry, please contact the Visa Section.

5) Work visa holders must return to the Kingdom within seven months, and other applicants within one year. Exceeding these specified periods, an Authorization Number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia, to extend the Exit Re-entry visa, is required.

6) A minimum of 48 hours is required to process the visa.

7) Lodging of passports: from 9.00 A.M. until 12.00 noon. Monday to Friday (inclusive).

8) Collection of processed passports: From 3.00 P.M. until 4.00 P.M. Monday to Thursday and on Friday, from 2.00 P.M. until 3.00 P.M.
