Diplomatic / Special visa requirements

1.     One application form, duly completed and signed by the applicant.
2.     Two passport-sized photographs.
3.     The passport should have (2) blank pages facing each other, and must be valid for at least (6) month.
4.     A covering letter from the relevant Department/Embassy to specify the type of required visa, length of stay, the purpose of the trip and rank of the applicant.
5.     Flight details to be submitted: Name of the Carrier and flight number entering Saudi Arabia; Point of Arrival, the exact arrival date and landing time.
6.     Please attach, if applicable, authorization received from the Saudi Authorities.
7.     To avoid unnecessary delay in processing your visa, please ensure that the application form is completed in full.

Important Notes

1.     Lodging of passports: From 9.00 am until 12.00 noon (Monday to Friday)
2.     Collection of passports: From 3.00 pm until 4.00 pm (Monday to Thursday), Friday; From 2.00pm until 3.00pm
3.     Visa validity starts from the date of issue.
4.     Please complete the form in Block Capitals, using Black Ink.
5.     Diplomatic / Special visas are Free of Charge.
