LIST OF REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR A TOURIST VISIT VISA FOR

NON-IRISH CITIZENS

1. APPLICATION FORM:

The applicant MUST fully-complete and sign their application Form in Block

Capital Letters and in Black ink only.

 

2. ORIGINAL PASSPORT:

The applicant MUST submit their original passport which MUST have two

blank-pages facing each other and MUST also be valid for 6 months (or more)

from the date of departure.

 

3. COPY OF PPS (PERSONAL PUBLIC SERVICE) CARD:

The applicant MUST submit copies of the front and back of their PPS

(Personal Public Service) card – which MUST be valid for 6 months (or more)

from the date of departure.

 

4. COPY OF G.N.I.B. (GARDA NATIONAL IMMIGRATION BUREAU) CARD:

The applicant MUST submit copies of the front and back of their G.N.I.B.

(Garda National Immigration Bureau) card – which MUST be valid for 6 months

(or more) from the date of departure.

 

5. VISITORS HEALTH INSURANCE CERTIFICATE:

The applicant MUST obtain their visitors Health Insurance Certificate (issued

from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), before the applicant(s) travels to the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – which MUST be obtained from Continental Visa Services.

 

6. PROOF OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS / ACCOMMODATION IN SAUDI ARABIA:

The applicant MUST submit a copy of their booking confirmations of hotel

reservations or other forms of paid accommodations (such as: Airbnb,

apartment rentals etc…) - within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If the applicant is being accommodated at the home of a relative who is a

resident and residing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then the applicant will

not be able to apply for a Tourist Visit Visa.

 

7. PROOF OF CONFIRMATIONS OF DEPARTING AND RETURNING FLIGHT TICKETS:

The applicant MUST submit a copy of their confirmations of their departing

and returning flight tickets and itinerary, to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Failure to submit flight confirmation bookings + itinerary of both departing and

returning flight tickets – to and from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, may result in

further delays of obtaining a Tourist Visa or termination of your application altogether.

 

8. PROOF OF ADDRESS IN IRELAND:

The applicant MUST submit a copy of their proof of address in Ireland via one

of the following utility bills:

8.1. Electricity Bill (most recent)

8.2. Gas Bill (most recent)

8.3. TV License Bill (most recent)

8.4. Telephone Bill (most recent)

8.5. Internet Bill (most recent)

 

9. AGE RESTRICTIONS:

The age requirement for those applying for a Tourist visa begins at 18+ years of age.

If the applicant that is travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a tourist –

is under the age of 18 years old, the applicant will not be able to apply for a

Tourist Visa unless the under-aged applicant is accompanied by their guardian

(i.e. a parent or caregiver)

If the guardian / parent / caregiver of the under-aged applicant is travelling with

the under-aged applicant, then the travelling guardian / parent / caregiver of the

under-aged applicant MUST submit the following details:

 

9.1. If the accompanying person(s) is a GUARDIAN OR CAREGIVER of the

under-aged applicant, then the guardian or caregiver of the under-aged

applicant MUST obtain a letter from both parents’, where the letter MUST state

that the parents’ of the under-aged child have given the accompanying guardian / caregiver – the permission

to travel with their under-aged child to the Kingdom

of Saudi Arabia, where the letter MUST be legalized by an Irish-Solicitor and

then subsequently legalized by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs Office in Ireland.

 

9.2. If the accompanying person(s) is the MOTHER of the under-aged applicant,

then the Mother of the under-aged applicant MUST obtain a letter from her

husband or the child’s Father, where the letter MUST state that the Father of

the under-aged child has given the Mother that is accompanying their underaged

child – permission to travel with their under-aged child to the Kingdom of

Saudi Arabia, of which the letter constructed by the Father of the under-aged

child MUST then be legalized by an Irish-Solicitor and then subsequently

legalized by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs Office in Ireland.

 

9.3. If the accompanying person(s) is the FATHER of the under-aged applicant,

then the Father of the under-aged applicant MUST obtain a letter from his Wife

or the child’s Mother, where the letter MUST state that the Mother of the underaged

child has given the Father that is accompanying their under-aged child –

the permission to travel with their under-aged child to the Kingdom of Saudi

Arabia, of which the letter constructed by the Mother of the under-aged child

MUST then be legalized by an Irish-Solicitor and then subsequently legalized

by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs Office in Ireland.

 

10. PROOF OF BANK STATEMENT IN IRELAND:

The applicant MUST submit copies of their Irish Bank statement for the last 3 months.

 

11. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT IN IRELAND:

The applicant MUST submit a letter from their employer in Ireland (on

company headed paper) – stating that the applicant is employed in Ireland, of

which the letter from the Irish employer MUST also include the following details:

 

11.1. The employee letter from the Irish employer MUST include the applicant’s

full name as stated on the applicant’s passport.

 

11.2. The employee letter from the Irish employer MUST include the applicant’s

Job title / employment designation / position – within the Irish company.

 

11.3. The employee letter from the Irish employer MUST include the applicant’s

commencement date of employment with the Irish company.

 

11.4. The employee letter from the Irish employer MUST include a signature

from the Irish employer.

 

11.5. The employee letter from the Irish employer MUST include a company

stamp from the Irish employer / Irish company that the applicant is employed by.

If the Irish company that the applicant is employed by does not have nor

possess a company stamp, then the applicant MUST submit a copy of the Irish

company’s Certificate of Incorporation and attach it along with the applicant’s employee letter

 

9.6. If the Irish company that the applicant is employed by, does have a

company stamp, the applicant MUST submit both the employee letter with the

company stamp and the Certificate of Incorporation of the Irish company; together.

10. PROOF OF CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS:

Payments for visa applications MUST be submitted via ONLINE BANK

TRANSFER – where you MUST print out a copy of the transaction of payment –

including a reference of the applicant’s name on the transaction sheet and attach

it along with the rest of the documents.

Your application MUST be submitted along with your payments before your application is accepted!

TOURIST VISIT VISA FEES:

- SINGLE-ENTRY – 90 DAYS VALIDITY FEES: €347.60 EUROS

- MULTIPLE-ENTRY – 365 DAYS VALIDITY FEES: €605.50 EUROS
